Abstract

The present paper describes a new species of the genus Australobius Chamberlin, 1920 (Lithobiomorpha: Lithobiidae) recently discovered in Tibet, China. Australobius anamagnus from Lhünze County, Shannan City. The cephalic shield, tergites, coxosternum and certain other diagnostic characters of the new species are illustrated.
